A Bundle of Burmese Kittens...

So what do you call a litter of Burmese kittens...apart from trouble!

Blue Belle’s kittens are just four weeks now and have given up being good, nicely behaved kittens, happy to remain in their kitten box...they now want to explore!!

Blue Belle is the perfect mum...

So laidback and gentle and very attentive to her brood...

But these little ones are keen to start exploring the big wide world...first, though, a quick play with mum’s foot and tail...

Next step-world domination!!

  1. Beautiful mother and gorgeous kittens - I can imagine the chaos which those four bundles of loveliness can cause though.

    1. Hi Elaine,

Thank you for your speedy comment! There are actually five Burmese bundles of fun...

Since the photos, they have progressed today to bravely exploring into the sitting room and even climbing up the settee to fall sleep on my lap-after a sneaky chew on the corner of the laptop!!

  2. They look gorgeous, but just wait till they start climbing up the curtains and scratching the furniture! Don't they have beautiful eyes?

    1. We are working on ‘good manners’ already.

I have discussed the house rules about furniture and curtains etc and they have had the good manners to humour me...for the moment...

    1. Hi Elaine,

Yes they are complete time wasters already...I find I have been sat for ages just watching their antics and not getting on with the household chores!!

  4. They are so cute! We have always had cats and their kittens in our house since the time I can remember. They are so cuddly and adorable at this stage but as the kittens grow then tend to scratch any piece of fabric they can get their paw onto... Good luck raising them.

    1. Hi Sri,

Ah well, I have lots of scratching posts so the cats are usually pretty good! I’ll keep everyone posted on how they behave as they grow!

  5. I love new kittens but I hate how many cats we have ended up with. UGG! Yours are beautiful!

  6. Hi Becky,

I wish I could take credit for how pretty they are but full credit must go to the parents!!
